Naming Restrictions

Your Michigan PLLC name has to meet the following criteria:

  • Contain “professional limited liability company,” “P.L.L.C.,” “P.L.C.,” “PLLC,” or “PLC.”

  • Not contain an abbreviation, phrase, or derivative of a phrase or word that implies a purpose not permitted by your Articles of Organization.

Check availability and reserve your name
